The Archenemy Record Company was founded in 1997 by myself, Sean Drinkwater, Aug Stone, Jussi Gamache and Tony Norton. We put out a ton of great records by our own bands - Freezepop, Lifestyle, Rockets Burst from the Streetlamps, Karacter, etc. - but also some great Boston bands including Betwixt, The Elevator Drops, The Texas Governor, Ad Frank, Chop Chop, Neptune and Turkish Delight. The label still exists, sort of, but most of these wonderful artists and more can just be listened to for free on Spotify, etc.
